Our upstream provider (Cloudflare) has reported that they are seeing services recover globally. However, they have noted that "higher-than-normal error rates" may continue while they finalize their remediation efforts.

​Your access to our services should start returning now, but you may still experience occasional errors or slowness. We are monitoring the situation closely and will confirm once stability is fully restored.

We are currently experiencing a total service disruption affecting all of our platforms. This is caused by a critical global outage at Cloudflare, our upstream network provider.

​Cloudflare has confirmed they are investigating an issue causing "Widespread 500 errors" and API failures globally (Incident: Nov 18, 2025 - 11:48 UTC).
